3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100. Deposits must be made only from the account holder's own payment source. Using a third party's account or payment method is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals may only be made from a verified account and to the same source used for the deposit.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
- Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
4. Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Bonus examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳22,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳25,000 worth of bets before withdrawing.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer may be used once only.
- You must read the specific terms of a bonus before placing bets with bonus balance.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program
Active members receive weekly cashback at four VIP levels:

- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP level is determined by the user's activity and consistent participation can advance you to a higher level.
Gaming and Betting Rules
